Oddly, www.oneforall.com displays the error, "The system cannot find the file specified."

I'm trying to find a programming manual for this remote. I need the codes to program it to control my other components. Also, what's really strange is that it will not allow me to key in channels. As soon as I key in one digit it quits. I tried it on my other digital box that I know works with the same result. I guess something could be wrong with the remote.
