New Sony 1080i

Does anyone know anything about the new Sony KV-32HS20, it i ssupposedly a Hi-Scan 1080i set HDTV-ready, but it does not have 3-2 pulldown processing like the XBR.

Also, any thoughts on the new Panasonic TAU, HDTV.

As far as I can tell, it's just a xbr400 with crappier speakers.
