Problem w/Sony receiver remote
 

The remote to my Sony STR-DE925 receiver no longer powers it on. Once I hit the power switch it will control everything else, even turn it off. I tried new batteries but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

try pressing a function button insted like video 1 or somthing
that should turn it on from the remote
