When playing certain disks, the picture will sometimes freeze then skip to an earlier scene. Sometimes the image will freeze into a "grid type pattern". I thought the problem was a dirty or defective disk but when I took it back to the rental store it played fine. Some disks play perfectly while the majority of disks we have rented from "DVD Rental" a mail order place from Mesa,AZ have this freezing and skipping scenes problem. We have a Sony DVP NS300 DVD player. Thanks for any solutions or ideas or similar occurences.
