Home Theater is pretty decent. I've been subscribing for a couple of years now.
The subscription isn't expensive at all (~$12.00/yr)

I have found that most home theatre magizines focus on the expensive stuff, being that I was on a budget I couldn't really afford any of the stuff I was reading about but check out http://www.audioreview.com

I've been a Widescreen Review subscriber for a year or so now, and it's the best magazine for HT reviews available, IMHO of course.
They review top-notch equipment, and their DVD reviews are some of the most accurate I've seen. YMMV.
