WEGA 32" (FS12 Floor-$699 or FS13Box-$899)???

Fred Meyer's has the 32" WEGA KV32FS12 (silver, no PIP) on sale for $899.99 so this other store (Video Only) always beats other prices and since they are out of the FS12, they'll sell me the floor model for $699 OR they'll match the price of Fred Meyer with the NEW darker FS13 for same or less then $899.99.
So which should I get? I was going for the one with PIP, but I realized that it probably wouldn't work with my "special" cable converter box.

I would avoid floor model VVegas. Undoubtedly, they've been on at least 10 hours per day with the brightness turned all the way up. You're better off paying more for a new in box item, IMHO.
