I checked some of the new players and noticed a trend. One of Sony's new models is again supporting dual lasers. Panasonic also did this with their new player that came out a month or two ago. Progressive scan and MP3 are also looking like they may become standard features soon. The new Phillips player had all of these(dual laser, MP3, Progressive Scan) for $249. I hope this continues. Its a little hard to pick a player when they don't all have the features you want. If every player supports dual lasers, MP3, progressive scan, and Video CD it will give me a lot more players to choose from.
