I'm looking for a 5.1 DTS & DD recever under $400. How is this one? And who has it the cheapest?

I have it. I love it. You can check out reviews at http://www.audioreview.com I forget where, but I saw it somewhere online recently for under $300. I'll try and find it again. If you print the page out, you should be able to get a price match at Sears cause they carry the 5240. If you have any specific questions about it, I'll be glad to answer. Later...
