includes the original case and slipcover.

2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) (4K disc, standard Blu-ray disc w/ movie and Blu-ray disc with bonus features) - $17 (or $16 if bought with anything else below)
includes the slip box, pictures and small booklet, along with original case that fits in the slip box.
does not include Digital Code
Red UPC, indicating the "fixed" release

Toy Story, Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3 (4K discs only for all three movies in original cases with slipcovers*) - $36
*slipcovers were in protective cases at store so there is some crumpling, bending on covers
does not include standard Blu-ray discs or Digital Codes

Star Wars: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi - $33 for set of three
new reissued single releases. Includes slipcovers, original cases and new discs (with art!)
does not include Digital Codes

Charging as close to actual shipping prices as possible, according to which USPS service you prefer (media mail or quicker). I am requiring tracking service for safety on both sides.
