Wanted: Disney BD slipcovers (Bolt, Wall-E, Pinocchio)

Looking for some Disney Blu-Ray slipcovers for Bolt, Wall-E (2-disc) and Pinocchio. I'm not 100% sure if the Wall-E 2-disc had a slipcover, but if it did, I'd like it!

Also looking for a cover-art for Premonition (Blu-Ray)

Looking to spend a few bucks each (shipped). Let me know if you have any.

Actually only Wall-E 3 Disc had a slip.
