If the seller has no takers at $16, an offer of $15 may be better than nothing. Doesn't hurt to try. If the buyer can do that 14 more times, they may have enough for one more movie than they would have had.

he posted for $15 30 minutes after it was listed. what like he can't afford the extra dollar? i mean i know this is a bargains site, i just didn't realize people here were that jewish. Maybe they only had 15 dollars exact in their paypal account. Perhaps they do not want to dip into their credit card.
