WANTED:Days of Heaven Criterion Collection DVD

I am looking for this wonderful movie I will pay $12.00 plus I will throw in a mint and sealed copy of ZODIAC DIRECTOR'S CUT 2-Disc Special Edition Set and Season 1 of BOOMTOWN (it's opened and gem-mint shape)--(this is the short-live tv cop-show from NBC).
