i would say just buy it new from the Hastings in your area. $27.99 is a steal. the Hastings in my town has it for $34.99 new.
it's supposedly OOP, so people (like myself) seem to be trying to sell it for $40+

Thanks guys..it's too bad I'm here in Toronto, where alas sadly we don't have those stores..I picked one up for a very reasonable sum from a fellow dvdtalker..Thanks for the heads up..it's a great tin dvd set!...
