I don't want the box set, just the first movie.

Must be in mint condition with the original box and cover.

You are starting to get close to used prices for the whole set!! Why not just buy the set used and sell off the other two titles?

Usually the lowest I can find the complete box set is for around $45.

I'd rather just overpay a bit for the one film I want instead of buying the box set and then having to unload those other two movies and pay for shipping to sell/trade them.
