Looking for a copy of SPACE GHOST to buy. I'm willing to pay more than just cost + shipping (to those concerned about such things). I'm in Canada, but I keep a mailbox in Michigan for online shopping, which I visit approx. once a month. I've dealt with a couple of good folks here who sold me other titles and had this one available, but they've always managed to trade it away before I got a chance at it, so I figured I'd be more direct here in the actual thread. PMs are fine. I have nothing to trade, unfortunately, but as I said, I'll pay fair value for product and effort.

Yep, I was talking about your post. This is the Big Lots Exchange Thread, so I thought you were offering a Big Lots set like everyone else here. You had a HB set to trade and many of those have been selling at BL for $3. In addition, you can get Magilla for under $9 + shipping on e-bay, half.com, and Amazon just like many other HB sets that were available at BL. Having not memorized the hundreds of pages of posts in the various BL threads, I was pretty sure someone had scored this at that store.

Sorry if I was wrong and that this set was never available at BL. The fact remains that the value of the HB cartoon sets has plummeted since the $3 sets have appeared. I think you're asking way too much for that set, whether you look at MSRP or current resale values. If you can get three sets for your one though, more power to ya.

Magilla Gorilla was found by a couple of people at Big Lots in Ohio. So it was out there - whether or not people from other parts of the country that post on our board found it is up for debate, but we had two or three confirmations.

Like I said John, it was just a trade proposal and whomever I made the trade proposal to has every right to say no, but that set hasn't been found at least in my neck of the woods. Now Yogi's Complete Series Set might be a better alternative for what I'm asking but again, it's up to the individual as to whether or not they'd like to do a trade with me. If not, not a big deal as they're just DVDs after all and I'm not trying to screw anyone over as a result.
