WTB Flesh For Frankenstein CC Insert, packaging for other DVDs
 

I recently found a used copy of Flesh For Frankenstein and picked it up, but I'm extremely anal about my DVD's having inserts, and Criterion no longer has any that they can send out.

I know it's a long shot, but would ANYONE be willing to sell me the insert on its own? If so, please please e-mail me.
