I’m having a huge DVD sale chock full of U.S./Hong Kong/Korean/Japanese and Anime titles. The majority of the titles listed below are still factory sealed, or else they are in absolute NEW/MINT condition (as my friends and family love to point out, I'm the most anal-retentive collector they've ever seen). For non-U.S. DVDs, I’ve included what country/area each version originates from and the Region Coding [according to the back of the DVD case].

Thanks for pointing that out! I've updated the post with price, which doesn't involve any markup over retail. This was actually a difficult item to price, simply because it's hard to even find one for sale to compare! I only could find one on eBay, and the starting price is $200 from a seller with almost no feedback...
