Great choice of movies you're looking... Oldboy and My Sassy are pretty much gone and are available on eBay (for a hefty price-tag). Dvdfromkorea.com got some more Windstruck LE in stock.

I already have a sealed copy of the LE My Sassy Girl, would LOVE to get the Ultimate Edition of Oldboy somehow...

Have you tried Ebay? I remember a few auctions ending around $170.

Theres two on there now, at 230 and 250...
