I dont reply over the weekend, because Im gone.

Everything for everyone has went out.

Not replying over the weekend is certainly understandable. I would have hoped, however, to have received an Email response from the one I sent 7 days ago and the one I sent 5 days ago.

I never recieved any email 7 days ago or 5 days ago, I just checked, the only one I have is one that you sent directly after payment.

It was sent on November 29th.

I sent the following Email two days later (December 1st):

Have you had a chance to ship these yet?

Neither one of these Emails received a response. I sent you another Email a few days after that (December 5th):

Finally, 1 week after receiving my payment you finally responded with this:

They went out you should get them in next few days

To which I responded with the following:

Do you have a tracking number?

This last Email of mine was sent 4 days ago on December 6th. I still have not received a tracking number from you and have only received one response to the 4 Emails that I've sent.

It's now been 11 days since you've received my payment and not only have I not received the DVD's, I've also not received any tracking number that I've asked for twice.

What is your problem?
