At least he is replying guys. If you all have valid tracking numbers, that seems that its not as bad as i had originally thought. However, i reckon it isn't over until we have the DVDs or the returned checks/money orders in hand. I also have numerous payments that I have not recieved, meaning you have time to cancel them, and you should, as I am not going to be living in this state as of Saturday and won't be able to personally send your money back unless it arrives before then: He contacted me and asked for my address. Hopefully I'll have a tracking number and receive my check shortly. If he leaves Saturday, he should fedex these things out to ensure they are received well before his Saturday departure. It looks like it may turn out ok though since piazza at least has re-aquired his money. |

DVDdave: remember though i only have my money coming back to me because of effort i made in contacting the post office. dante did not send back the money to me.

Piazza only recovered his money because he called the Chicago PO and had it shipped back to him before Dante got it. I agree this isn't over until we have our dvds/money in our hands.
Also I have not recieved my tracking # for my 2 X-files season sets, where are they ?? |

Prior to being deleted, Ckleinhrc2 remarked how we should check out the feedback of the "dontefrazier" on Anitrader. I'm really confused as to what exactly this is supposed to prove. OK, so "dontefrazier" has had 7 successful trades on that forum. What exactly does that mean for "Ckleinhrc2" here at DVDTalk? It's not the same E-mail address.
One of my big problems with this whole thing is, does Ckleinhrc2 not feel like he did anything wrong? I mean, it just seems like b/c he's appearing to return everything, all is well. I don't like the time and effort I've had to put into this whole thing b/c someone offered items he did not have. |

I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS FISHY WHEN HE COULDN'T SPELL HIS NAME RIGHT, AND WHEN HE MENTIONED "8 MONTHS" ON A NEWLY PURCHASED PROJECTOR. HE TOLD ME HE LIVED IN CANADA, BUT HAD A BRO IN CHICAGO, AND THAT I COULD SEND PAYMENT TO THE BROTHER IF I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE SENDING MONEY TO CANADA. ALL HIS FRAUDS ARE ***PRE-MEDITATED*** AND MALICIOUS!!! I EVEN MENTIONED ALL MY SUSPICIONS ON HIS THREAD, BUT HE COUNTERED ME BY CLAIMING HE WAS A GOLD TRADER, AND THAT I WAS HARRASSING HIM. I'm kinda confused. He has responded in this thread saying he'll send the stuff back. He's acted like he's done nothing wrong. Was he just planning on stealing these things and changed his mind cause of this thread? Like someone else said, he's acting like all is well and he's just returning items. Reading his responses, one would think that he thinks he did nothing wrong.

Put all your anger aside and accept the fact that you brought all this upon yourself. By posting a link your newest trade list, CROM1 is not trying to ruin your life, rather trying to protect others from having their lives ruined by you. IF any of us decide not to press charges, it is not because you don't deserve the maximum penalty, but because they wouldn't have it in their hearts to not give you a second chance. Keep acting the way you are and no one will have any pity left for you. CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: 1) No one has had their stolen items returned yet. For all we know you could have sent us all "screw you" notes with tracking numbers. Heck, you're moving on Saturday to boot. Why should anyone trust you? 2) Your history: a) suspended from ebay b) mail fraud here and probably on HTF as well c) identity theft here (claiming to be ckleinhrc) d) trying to sell jinjen a projector for $1000 Geez, I thought the limit was 3 strikes, not 4???? 3) Your attitude. It is becoming apparent you have no remorse or concern whatsoever except for covering your own butt. Taken together all this leads me to beleive you would have no compunctions about turning around and doing this all again. No one here knows what led you to steal. Who knows? Maybe I would have stolen as well (albeit much more intelligently) if I was in your situation. That does not change the fact that it is not only illegal, but morally WRONG! You need to mature a little bit and accept the responsibility/blame for your actions!
