I pre-ordered TMNT the Complete Classic Series last month using some of my bonus points. It was released on the 13th of November. For some reason they cancelled that order a few days ago but took the bonus points out of my account. Then they created a new order yesterday, but billed me full price.

The club price is $99.95 and the "sale" price is $59.97. If you were to order it from them right now it should cost $59.97 plus shipping. They charged me $99.95 plus shipping. So not only am I not getting it for free after my bonus points but I'm being overcharged on the regulay price.

Anyone experiencing this with recent pre-orders?

Am I missing something? Bonus point purchases are always based on regular price.

Yes, but they took the bonus points for the order $99.95, and then cancelled the order and didn't refund my bonus points. Then they charged my credit card the club price of $99.95.

If I were to order it without bonus points, I should pay their "sale" price which is $59.97. Instead they are billing me the higher price.
