Anyone ever return a Director's Selection, but not receive credit for it? It isn't showing up in my order history, just the Director's Selection history. I returned it almost a month ago, but apparently they don't reflect that. I don't want to get screwed out of $26 for a DVD I don't have.

I had something similar happen and had to call them to clear it up.... My bonus points are still screwed up though as it happened at the end of last year and they didnt credit it until after the new year.

The two codes don't stack together. If you use the $10 off of $25 code and place an order for $50 to $74.99, you'll get $20 off.

Is this working on everyone's account? I tried the $10 off $25. the code goes through and the banner appears, but no discount comes up in my cart and the shipping doesn't stay at $4.98.

The $10 off of $30 works, but the shipping isn't $4.98 with this code either.

I need to fulfill my commitment. I'm planning to buy 2 titles with the $10 discount code. Each one is $34.95 club price, but at 40% off, it's $20.97. After S&P, discount and tax, total comes out to be $39.88. Would this be sufficient enough to fulfill my requirement? Do they let you know if your order count toward your commitment before you actually place it?

As long as each title is $19.95 or higher(pre-coupon), it should count as a fulfillment. The $10 off coupon has no effect.

I could be wrong,but I don't think savings codes ever work on pre-orders.

They do. I just used it the other day to place two separate orders of two with each title being a pre-order. All were 3D titles with not amazing prices, but better than I would expect to see on release.

What 3D titles? All I can find are the same titles you can get at BB for lots cheaper.

Jurassic Park 3D works with the coupon. Blu-ray preorders work for me but not standard dvd pre orders

There are some 3D pre-order titles if you go to The Blu Room, then Upcoming Releases. Not a lot of them, but there are a few.

For some reason, they are carrying the 2d versions only on certain titles. H&G and Silent Hill:Revelations are two off the top of my head.

Seems to depend what you have in your cart--different combinations of titles make the coupon work for me, and others do not--can't figure out the pattern of what makes it work or doesn't.
