E-mail them and politely ask if they would refund the shipping charge since you just placed the order yesterday. Mention the free shipping code that is active today. CH is usually very good about these things.

The 801490 code won't stack with any kind of free shipping promotion. You could place the 801490 order with shipping and then e-mail them to see if they would waive the shipping charge. I've had luck doing this in the past.

That's a bummer. I've never had any problems with my refund requests. Did you use the contact form on the site or did you e-mail them directly? You might want to give whichever one that you didn't use a shot in hopes of a better outcome.

I placed one B1G2F order, contacted CH, and got my shipping adjusted off. I tried placing another B1G2F order, but was denied on that request because "you cannot combine 2 offers on the same order." I got away with it once, so I'm satisfied. What sucks is my 2nd order will ship first (due to pre-orders) and I have a feeling it will fulfill my committment (due to a 49.95 MSRP title, even though I'm paying $29.97). So I could probably cancel my first order and be free and clear, but with the free shipping and B1G2F, I don't want to cancel that one... I already signed up for a 2nd account, so I probably shoulda placed that order on the new account, but I wasn't thinking...

If at first you don't succeed, try again. I get turned down the first time but usually don't after I try again.

I would just like to be able to place a regular order and have the announced free shipping actually be applied. I'm not even trying to do a B1G1 and I'm still not getting free shipping although it states it in my banner. I'm only ordering one movie "the Cable Guy" and it's not working.

Was finally able to get in on mine by using a link in an email for a non-descript offer. Going thru normal channels just kept looping.

All right, I sent them another email to try. This time, I told them if they are unable to give me free shipping, to just cancel the order. Then I'll just replace the order on my other new account, where it hopefully will qualify as two fulfillments (since the item is $49.95 MSRP). Right now, it is the 2nd order on this account, so the 2nd fulfillment would be wasted... And my 2 free DVD's are both backordered, so nothing has shipped yet.

^^ Well, they adjusted my order, but said that "they cannot give free shipping on box sets" so they lowered my shipping from 6.97 to 5.99. The problem is, I didn't order a box set. I ordered Green Hornet 3D. Granted, it has 3 discs, but it isn't a box set, and normally has 2.99 shipping.

CH considers anything with 3 discs or more as a box set.

On April 16th, 2011 a bunch of noobs on another website got hold of the 7/2 code and the buy one get two free code and made about 1000 accounts over a week's time and the two for one code is now dead...and CH changed it's enrollment procedure a little bit also...and also everything seems to be back-ordered like never before...

Much thanks. I went ahead and pre-ordered Hero Blu-ray for $9.96. A solid price for a great movie and who knows if it will ever be available as an enrollment.
