I have ordered many times before but have never paid attention when orders are credited against your requirements so my question is when do I get credit against the number of DVDs I need to order to close my account. When the order is shipped? The reason I ask is that I have placed an order for some pre-release titles that have not shipped but I also still have 2 to buy.

you won't be charged until they ship, which is also when you'll be credited.

You probably won't get fulfillment credit for your pre-orders until they are being processed for shipping. It probably is best to not close your account until you receive the DVDs anyway. That makes it easier to fix any mistakes that might happen.

I currently have Angels and Demons pending, release date is 1 week after my "need to puchase 1 more" fulfillment date.

As stated above, it will not fulfill my membership in time.

However, I emailed customer service and they extended my fulfillment date by 2 weeks so there would be time for this purchase to complete my obligation.
