I have a strange case. I applied for this very early morning on 6/15 and got the application confirmation email immediately. Then my card was charged by CH for $5.98 on 6/17. But I have not received the approval email yet.

Standard CH blunder. The last account I opened, I got the "thanks for app" email, then 10 days or so later I got the enrollment package in the mail. Never did get an approval or welcome email.
