Invoice but no shipment?

Invoice but no shipment?
I ordered Dark Knight as a pre-order along with three other DVDs on 11/27. The other three shipped on 12/2. Today, I received Dark Knight packaged by itself, with an attached invoice and another separate envelope, which was just the invoice for the other three titles. But no package. I'm going to wait until tomorrow and hopefully the package will arrive. But I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
ETA: After closer inspection, I found out why there is a separate invoice. For some reason, it was sent as shipped to another recipient, but it was just a variation on my name with my correct address. Maybe there's some slight delay as it's a larger package.

Pre-orders always get expidited shipping... so even though you ordered it with 3 other titles, it usually gets to you quicker. i had the same issue where my pre-order shipped a week after the other titles i ordered, but they both arrived on the same day. i bet your other 3 will show up this week.

Thanks for the reply. This is my first CH pre-order, so I didn't know what to expect. I was impressed that I got it the day of release.

Certain high-profile pre-orders get expedited shipping as Columbia House tries to curry favor with customers eager to get them. The expedited shipping is at no extra charge. Other pre-orders do not get such treatment.
