They sent me 21 the movie, even though I have seen it and declined on web site. first time in over 8 years columbia house did this. how do I go about returning this as it has never happened before?

My advice to is to write Refused - Return to Sender on the outside of the package and stick it back in the mail.
You might also decide to call/e-mail their customer service. They may instruct you to do the same thing or it's possible they might send you a postage paid return label.
