Question: are your orders showing up in your order history? I just tried to place an order and the page froze after I hit the submit button. I tried again and the same thing happened. My order isn't showing up in my history, but I have already received the FunCash credit for the two orders. I'm not sure if the order went through or not, but I don't want to risk having a triple order(it'll be hard enough dealing with them to cancel the duplicate order). Thanks.

Is this worth signing up for if you arent a member yet? Anyway to sign up but not have to buy standard DVD's? I'm only interested in Blu-ray and have no use for DVD's.

I'm having the same issue as well. I like Dark City, but i damn sure don't want 3 copies.

I'm sure CH is getting hit up pretty hard with orders which could be the reason the system is crashing.

My order was non-preorder BRs and I'm in the same position: FC but no order confirmation.

I was brought to the log-in screen after around 300 seconds of the ordering being "processed". I can't recall my previous fun cash balance so I have no idea if it changed at all.

I was ordering "Redbelt" (pre-order) and "21" (currently available "free" selection), both on Blu-Ray, and had the same problem. No orders going through, no history, massive FunCash.

My order seems to have given me Fun Cash with no order confirmation.

Could our order still show up later? Or should I keep trying to get an order in?

Now I can get all the way through, but it's stalling out on the checkout/"confirm order" page. (FYI: I'm using FireFox.) I guess the site is just swamped?

Ooops, a lot can happen between a page refresh. I see other people are having the same problem. Hopefully, they'll get it worked out soon.
