Incorrect "You have fulfilled your purchase commitment"

Logged into my account today to decline my DS and it showed:

You have fulfilled your purchase commitment and are eligible for bigger savings and double FunCash™ on every DVD you buy.

But I've only purchased 1 DVD so far using B1G1+FS way back on May 6th.

I just remembered I incorrectly received a DS I had declined the first week of June. I sent it back and my account was credited around the 3rd week of June. Maybe that selection changed my status. Will it change back to I have to buy one more??
