I originally had this pre-ordered as well, but I emailed customer service and asked them to switch to the blu ray. Glad I did.

I got the email too! Grrrr! It was hard enough to wait for the HD version to come out, now I have to wait even longer! I just want to see this movie so bad-- I may have to rent it!

Hmmm.I wonder if this will work the same way Showgirls and a couple of others did last Autumn as discussed in the "has this ever happened to anyone"thread??

Also got ship notice on my Atonement HD I had been waiting on also from another order.

I don't even own a HD player,but if it allows me to get some freebies and pay either the shipping,or 0 shipping(as has happended several times before)than hell yeah.

What's the latest on the HD I AM LEGEND?Has anyone received theirs yet?
I am curious,since I ordered one in the hopes that it would be cancelled,I would receive my 4 free titles from the recent "buy 1 get 4 free"deal and owe $)0.00.

the charge for it showed back up yesterday and it says pending now, so maybe it's about to ship.

I just received shipping confirmation on I Am Legend HD-DVD.

American Gangster HD-DVD is also out of stock but CH shipped my freebies already.
