bought a dvd with funcash but havent heard anything
 

anyone ever bought dvds from CH with funcash? i made a small order with my remaining funcash a few weeks ago and it seemed to go through ok, but since then ive heard nothing. no emails or confirmatinos or anything. does it always take this long? i even had to cover the remaining balance on my CC but they havent even charged it yet.

My Funcash orders usually take the same amount of time as regular orders, and I've always received email notifications on the status (order confirmation, shipped, etc). IS it showing in your history? Maybe the item is backordered.

I ordered funcash items from 3 different CH accounts on 12/31. All 3 shipments arrived on the same day earlier this week.

I ordered a bunch of stuff with funcash on either 12/28 or 12/29 and just received the final item this week. I never got a single email either. Just check your order history on the site, as long as it shows what you ordered I wouldn't even worry about it.
