Well, we all know how goofy CH can be. I had an account to fulfill so I used the B1G1 code they sent and met half the commitment by ordering "The Departed" (2disc) and "Spider-Man 3" (2disc) plus a cheaper disc to get free shipping. Spider-Man had the "Sale Price $xx.xx no other purchase necessary" statement but shipping was completely free. Maybe I just got lucky.

Just to prove the rule that CH has no rules, Babel Special Collector's Edition (Pre-Order) says "Sale Price $22.95 no other purchase necessary," yet came through with free shipping.

If CH was consistently on their game, I wouldn't be able to exploit their idiosyncrasies. My motto:

Just noticed a "glitch". if you use a code that offers 60% off like 802565 you can get an extra select dvd for free.

Before typing in the code click under weekly deals. It will have an icon for "free dvd offer". There's five choices Crash DC. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Sahara and some other junk. If you select one of those and a DVD $19.95 or over that one will be free reflected in a discount before the subtotal. If you use the 802565 code you can essentially B1 get 2 free. Shipping still applies and no extra funcash for the discounted dvd but still a bonus for anyone planning to use that code.

It just worked about 20 minutes ago for me. The code must have cut off at midnight.

The "get a free dvd" icon still appears, so it should work on future codes if Jester posts any new ones this week.

Not sure what it means, but if you use 802349, 802351, 802352, the free one actually shows up as a discount intsead of being listed as free. (for Knocked Up unrated, it says -24.95)

Weird, using 802349 when I accidently added 2 Knocked Up 2 disc versions, it showed one as free, but when I removed one and added the special edition of Transformers its showing Knocked up as 24.95, and Transformers as 22.95.

Using 802250, I was able to buy a "Set" (Batman Beyond Season 3), and take the Knocked Up Collectors Edition for free. Total was $21.15. Not too bad.
