Deleting credit card on file???

How do you delete your credit card on file? I've tried under "manage credit card" but it will only let me change the card I have on fole but not have no vcredit card on file. I don't know why one was even put on file but they must have put it on file when I ordered some dvd's with it. They've now charged me for Roots event though I never ordered it and decline all of my director's selections.

If I remember correctly, you have to call to do this. Only way.

I contacted them through their email thing and they changed it to "bill me" option.

Click on the "Help" link in the upper right corner>> on the list of links at the right side of the page click on the "contact us" link (near the bottom), this will take you to the email form>> In the drop down menu choose "changing account information" and in "message" area just ask them if they will change your account to "bill me" option.

Like I said, they did this for me. Good luck.

^ That's what I did and they were great about it. I don't want my credit card being charged, I'd rather pay it at my leisure or send in a check.
