missing movie ticket from CH DVDs?

I ordered the "The 40-Year-Old Virgin: Double Your Pleasure Edition" DVD from Columbia House. I thought this DVD was supposed to contain a free Knocked Up movie ticket. But there wasn't any ticket or inserts in the DVD case, and there wasn't anything on the packaging (like a label or sticker) that said there was a ticket inside. Also, the DVD was simply shrink-wrapped and didn't have the normal UPC seal on the case that most DVDs have when you buy them in stores.

Do DVDs ordered from CH exclude movie tickets or movie cash in them that would normally be included when buying the same DVD from a retail store? Has anyone ever gotten a movie ticket in a DVD ordered from CH?

Sometimes CH will have the movie tickets, sometimes not. Most of the times they won't though since most of those copies have already been bought by big retailers, etc.

It's really no different than buying online anywhere else, you can never be sure you'll get a copy with movie cash in it until it arrives at your door.

The employees at CH enjoy a group showing of new movies courtesy of us CH customers. j/k

Sometimes you get a ticket and sometimes you don't. I just would never count on getting one.

Yeah, sometimes you do sometimes you don't. I remember ordering the Get Shorty SE and getting the Be Cool ticket. Also, a more recent enrollment of The Frightners even still had the King Kong ticket included.
