I think in packaging but not content (the individual releases are separate keepcases, I think the set is one of those stupid fold-out things).

Yeah, I meant in content. I was reading the DVDTalk review and they mentioned the bad fold-out design too...to be honest, I only watch the movies, never the extras, but I like having nice transfers...I think I'll wait this one out till CH starts carrying the individual releases. There was a rumour over at Digital Bits that one of the Eastwood Man With No Name titles might even be released on HD this year.
