I recently finished my term in CH without buying my three required DVDs, so I paid them the final $72 or so they said was owed on my account. I was going through some papers and found the order form I'm supposed to use to order 3 DVDs, but I either no longer have the little catalog they sent or threw it away. I requested a replacement from CH customer service, and they said they'd send it, but it's been a month with no sign of it.

If I can figure out which 3 I want, would one of you be kind enough to provide me with item numbers, since I can no longer log into their online catalog? I'm assuming item numbers from the web site for current members would work for me.

Unlike the old days, if you go to dubya-dubya-dubya.columbiahouse.com you can look at the full catalog and get selection numbers without needing to log in.
