Technical problem with Columbia House web
 

I am having a problem when using Columbia House's website. If you select a DVD you have additional tabs that say "Cast & Crew", "Technical Details", "Extra Features" & "Related Products". I have a note directly beneath these tabs that says "Please update your browser". When I select one of these tabs I get an error message, which if I open has the following:

Char: 3
Error: 'window/prDtlTabFrm.location' is null or not an object

I have updated my Internet Explore browser to version 7.0 and have also tried using Netscape 7.2. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I thought it might be one of my internet settings but I don't know where to begin? Thanks....

^While I have never seen this problem, it is possible that you need to update the Java plug-in version you are using. How one does this I couldn't say.
