The House Cancels Ultimate Superman
Just got this from Chouse....
please remember that Warners Bros has said there will be corrected pressings and they will be designated with a new upc code.... ie CHouse has cancelled the orders for the original upc code. I imagine the set will show up for order in January. anyway this is the email.... "Thank you for your recent order for the Superman Ultimate Collector's Edition Set. Just got it too, crap. Could have put that funcash to better use, but now those sales are done.

DDD has a release date of 2/6/07. Would this probably be the "corrected" box set?

Make sure you get credited back that funcash if that is what you used for it.
They deducted $4.00 from my funcash total which is odd because usually they don't credit the funcash until the order has been processed. |
Got the same email a week after the order disappeared from my outstanding list. They did refund my funcash though...DAMMIT!

Need some advise from you guys...
I have the set on order for almost a month now (not using funcash) and the order status show "waiting credit approval" I have not received any order-cancalation letter so far... however, I received a letter from CH (from regular mail,) said that they cannot ship me the set because there is limit for the goods they can ship to me, and they request me to send payment first. Should I even brother to pay first, if CH don't even have the set in-stocked?? |
Yeah, I have same exact problem.
- Did not use funcash. - Still on my account as "awaiting credit approval" for like a month. - I did get an email saying that they could not ship the item because of "limitation." - But glad to hear that someone got it from Columbia House, meaning my copy might still be there. |
