its being released early at cdwow... if you don't mind losing superman returns(which was crap anyway, and a few boring discs filled with spam) the 9 disc reeves collection for R2 will be $69.xx australian dollar, you do the math.

This includes 4 disc of 1, 3 disc donner cut and deluxe of 3 & 4. Quick way to be an early bird if youre a superman tragic. Cdwow ship very fast.

That's a bummer. $3.75 may have actually kept me from buying...maybe.

I couldn't get the %10 off to work and it looks like they charge tax in TN. I order very little from CH compared to the old days.

Other sources pretty much say the same. The order of disks seems to vary (?!) but what is there is the same... no supergirl. However it IS going to be released separately.

So has anyone had theirs shipped yet from CH? I ordered on 11/18, and the other DVDs I ordered with it shipped on 11/27. It's now 11/30 and my order status says waiting credit approval, even though I paid w/credit card and the other DVDs were charged and shipped.

I'm tempted to cancel the order because of the screwup on the discs and the pain it sounds like WB is making people go through to replace them. Anyone know if/how to cancel an order at this stage?

"Awaiting credit approval" is code that CH uses when they are getting ready to ship. It's probably too late to cancel the order, but you should e-mail them at [email protected] and request the cancellation. They'll tell you that they will submit the cancellation request, but it might be too late to stop the shipment. They will then tell you that if the order does ship, then write "Refused-Return to Sender" on the box and they'll issue a refund once they receive the returned package. By e-mailing them instead of calling them, you'll have proof of the cancellation request(if things get sticky at a later date).

I received this email this morning:

hmm, I read on the other forums that other people are getting similar messages from other vendors. Looks like WB recalled the ones that weren't already out. I didn't receive an email though. Anyone get theirs from CH? Anyone's order status say it has shipped?

My status is "Awaiting Stock". Hopefully it's as you say, that WB recalled some sets. Maybe we'll be getting corrected sets <fingers crossed>.

I got the same email this morning. YET, a couple of days ago I noticed a pending charge on my CC for the amount of the set. It's still pending, though.

In the Superman/Fun Cash thread above, word is that the orders are now being cancelled by CH (came from a CSR). I checked my order and it is nowhere to be seen now. Anybody receive any official word by email?

I also noticed the S II: Donner cut is not on the CH website? was it previously? I was thinking of ordering it and SI instead of Ultimate! This is frustrating.

CH has never had the Donner cut for whatever reason. Maybe they are treating it like another SE of II and just decided not to carry it or something like that.
