There are plenty of titles that are not available as enrollments that fall into the lower price tier. If American Grafitti ever does become available as an enrollment, it will be at least 3 months after it has already been released.

You use the username/password you specified when you did the enrollment. The account/zip code method is for mail only accounts who did not set up the temporary account during enrollment online. I doubt that method will work with a pre-setup account as when you use the acct#/zip method they force you to setup a username/password on that first login. Or at least that's the way it used to work... long ago... Why they put it in the email is anybody's guess...
This is what it really means;

Dear Member,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to find any record of your
application with the information you gave us.

It is possible that your application has been received but has not made
it all the way through our enrollment process yet. Ordinarily, you can
expect to receive your first shipment 2-4 weeks after submitting your
application, although seasonal variations may shorten or lengthen that
waiting time.

If you believe your payment has been processed, please send proof of
payment via Postal Mail for our review. If you paid by check, include a
copy of the front and back of each canceled check. If you submitted your
payment electronically through your bank or by credit/debit card, please
include a copy of your bank statement showing this payment. If you paid
by money order, please contact the place of purchase and instruct them
to issue a tracer, and then send us a copy of the results.

If we may be of further service, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Robert

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II

^Try a different email address. I used to have issues getting accounts opened until I started using a half-dozen or so set up specifically for CH. Cycle through the email addresses as you cycle accounts.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II

When joining the TV Club with a CC, is there a bill me option after you join?

I am pretty sure that there isn't,though you might be able to change it from CC to PayPal.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II

^^Not as far as I know. My experience is that once they have a CC they "default" it with no going back. I prefer "virtual cards" for use online to limit use and charge amounts. I keep enough on 'em to do just what I want with a couple $$ buffer in case a temp charge is done. Once a CC is registered the only way to get it off is to use another CC. You can remove a CC if there is another one to take its' place. Or as rider555 said, you might be able to change to PayPal to get a CC off the account.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II

The 6 for $.49 linkage in the dead BD enrollment thread had the bill me option... Give that a shot?

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II

For some reason the bill me option has been removed. It was active as of just a few days ago when I checked it. I guess the paypal option is replacing all the bill me options.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II

I just spent an hour selecting dvd's with http://www.columbiahouse.com/pages/n....jsp?YSID=1556

When I went to finish, I was directed to a blank page called "Blu Ray Mini" & when I hit back on the browser my cart was emptied. I'm reminded of why I quit CH in the first place, it was one problem after another. Screw 'em.

I just signed up with a 7+2 account the other day...didn't have any issues. Can't you remember what titles you originally selected, and just re-add them?

The point is dealing with CH feels like they're Lucy with the football & I'm Charlie Brown.

AKA: Definition of insanity: Doing the same thing again (& again) & expecting different results.

^ Yea, I hear ya. I guess for me, it just requires what's known in corporate-speak as "level setting expectations".

Got the 6 DVD selection. Picked out some nice old horror movies. Was wondering what others think would be the best choices to get out of the selection they give you.
