Wow, this really might be the end of columbia house....has anyone tried to open a new 7/2 account over the phone with a live person?
My dvd purchases have slowed considerably, and I never bothered to get in the Blu ray game...glad I didn't as much as I will try to deny it - physical media is going away - hard drive and cloud based storage are here to stay (and will give me a great deal of space back in my house)
And after getting that off my chest, if I knew that by calling I could open a new 7/2 account - I'd open an account in a New York minute.....I'm such a sucker.....
