Did you change up your info or do anything different? I was able to get one a few months back but no luck after that.

Same info for every account. I also selected some of the higher priced sets(Doctor Who Series 4, Young Indiana Jones, etc).

Thanks. I suppose I just need to keep trying.

One more question. Did you close out the account before opening another?

Re: TV Edition Club, Discussion thread

I opened two accounts at the same time. I then fulfilled and closed one of them out before I submitted a new application.

I guess it's time to try again then.

Happy times for me! CH just e-mailed me stating that due to a processing error, they sent out a duplicate order of my enrollment package. They already issued me a credit, but here's the kicker. They said that my membership is important to them and that they don't want to inconvenience me any further, so I can go ahead and keep the second order for free.

Those are mine, from a lost app. I'll send you a PM with my address so you can forward them to me.
I haven't had a new app approved in so long I'm afraid to close my one existing fulfilled (regular) account.

I want that deal, but I'm going to use a code for B1G1 free with free s/h + 10% off.:)

BTW, it really pisses me off that the Young Indiana Jones Vol.1 is no longer available from CH. I was literally ready to order it the day after it disappeared from the site.
If anyone is willing to trade their Vol.1 for a Vol.2 or Vol.3, please let me know.

I'm really disliking them right now. 4 apps denied :(

Re: TV Edition Club, Discussion thread

I've put in like 5 apps between the regular club and the tv club over the past 10 days.
Nothing for me either. :(

For what it's worth, I just got the "Welcome to the Club" e-mail using HDL a couple days ago. That's my favorite TV Club code so I'm glad it still works.

Giving HDL another shot. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I just got accepted with HDL. No posts for three months here -- what's the deal? Is the t.v. club no longer worth the effort?

Has anyone seen an enrollment code with a Bill-Me-Later option lately? They used to send them out every so often in snail mailings.

Tried HDL a few months back and kept getting denied so I gave up. Glad to hear you got it...might have to give it another shot

Depends on what you want for enrollments. I feel it's worth the effort *if* you can find 2 titles you want out of the very limited selection. I'm looking at making another attempt.

*Some* people post here with questions about the TVonDVD club but the vast majority of questions, TVonDVD or otherwise, seem to end up in the regular DVD club threads.

From the "Enrollment list" thread:

Man! Lots of deletions but only 2 additions!?! I was hoping for a major update as I've just about run out of titles I'm interested in as enrollments.

Re: TV Edition Club, Discussion thread

My latest HDL application was approved (took just under a week) and I've already fulfilled. I took advantage of the Box Set sale, a B1G1 code, and the built-in free shipping on DVDs.

Total for membership: $73.89

2 DVDs @ $4.80/ea.
4 Season Sets @ $15.82/ea. (and a penny left over for argument...)

Now if I can just find 2 other titles from the shrinking list to try again... it's a shame the box set sale is over as this account worked out *way* better than the current "sale" over at DD.
