I thought that I had read a post on here before that CH would exchange a damaged slipcase,provided they still had some.Is that true?I ordered King Kong SE and the slipcase has a tear and some scrapes which look pretty bad on that mostly black cover.Normally I wouldn't worry about it,but that's a pretty nice slipcase and I would like for it to look good and not be jacked up.Any help would be very appreciated.Thanks in advance.
