Cancellation Question

Do y'all wait until you have received all your shipments until you cancel or do you cancel while some of them are still in transit?

Thanks.

I personally wait. I don't wait for enrollments to arrive to order my fulfillments, but it is a lot easier straightening things out (things often can go wrong with CH) with an open account.

Another CH Cancelation Q

I tried to cancel after fulfilling and recieveing my order. I get an error whenI try to do so on the TV site:

Compilation of '/data/bea/user_projects/domains/chc/jsp_servlet/_customer_service/__msap_salvage.java' failed:

What are my other options?

Sign on to the site. Click on the "Help" tab(located at the top right of the screen). Then click onto the "Contact Us" tab(located on the left hand side of the screen, at the bottom of the page). In the drop-down box, click "Membership Obligation". Then just write that you have fulfilled your membership obligation and that you want to cancel your account.
