the code still works thanks but the shipping is the down side ;( keep putting orders together but with shipping coming up to $12 or more plus tax it isn't worth it.

I think free shipping spoiled us. A year ago, we'd be delighted by a B1G1F sale and jump at the chance. But now we expect it in combination with free shipping, which used to occur quite sparingly.

It cost BMG a little over $3 to ship via media. Even if you count warehouse handling, etc it is gouging.
If you think it's a sign of things to come, then that's one thing (but I would still wait for it to get much worse before griping), and if your primary CH goal is to amass TV season sets, then I guess I can see getting peeved at the new shipping policy. But it's way way way unfair to use the term "gouging" when talking about any dealings with Columbia House.

is the bogo still goin strong? i just signed up again and am hopin to be able to fufil as soon as possible...last account i had to hitup 2 seperate bogo orders and if needbe ill do it again
