Well, yes I use multiple addresses. Since I usually have at least 2 accounts going at any one time I don't take the chance of having more than 2 accounts per household. I can't afford to get blacklisted. Considering the frequency of the B1G1F codes since December I wised up and stocked up on new accounts last month just waiting for the new codes to arrive. Now it's time to open a few new accounts before 3/24!!

:-D

Cherrycrusade, being that your located in Terre Haute would you happen to work for CH? We should start a new thread with inquiries. :-D

I was thinking the same thing. How about the "Ask CC about CH" thread?

I think I'd be scared to know the answers. From what CC has said of CH, it seems like a crazy place (for example... applications written in black ink get scored higher than blue inked ones). The methods to their madness seem almost surreal.

This is worth a try for everyone, it just worked for me! I have an older, fullfilled account that i just used the 807747 code on....but i thought to myself, just for the hell of it, i'd try entering the site thru the webdvd link. IT WORKED! ... and this is certainly not my first time ordering online. Also, i just logged out and back in again that way, and it is offering to give me the $5 discount yet AGAIN

As with CH and all codes/offers, this is definately a YMMV thing.

This is my favorite quote from CC.

"This place is great. I used to work for Columbia House doing customer service and this site was always mentioned in meetings. Corporate was so against it."

I didn't go all the way through checkout, but the webdvd thing is working for me too. I wonder if it reset at the beginning of the year.

Hey, u makin fun of me?

To answer your question about the point thing..it's really just common sense..what would look better. Always make sure you put a home phone down over a cell phone. Pay by credit card or debit card will get you accepted for as many accounts as your heart desires. If applying through mail make sure black ink is used over anything else. Send a check with the application. If you don't get accepted CH will cut you a check to reimburse you for the full amount you send so don't be hesitant. Make sure everything that needs to be uppercase is, use punctionation and abbreviations where needed. It's as simple as that

Okay, it always comes down to the math doesnt it?

K7L 6:1+B1G1F
Enrollment: 5 for 0.49 ea, 1 for 14.95 (free shipping) = 17.40 for 6
Fulfillment: 1 for 19.95, 1 for free (plus $4.98 s/h) = 24.93 for 2
Total = 42.33 for 8, or $5.29 ea

K7L 6:1+1+B2G2F
Enrollment: 5 for 0.49 ea, 1 for 14.95 (free shipping) = 17.40 for 6
Fulfillment: 2 for 19.95 ea, 2 for free, -$5 webdvd (free shipping) = 34.90 for 4
Total = 52.30 for 10, or $5.23 each

K7L 5:2+B2G2F
Enrollment: 5 for 0.49 ea = 2.45 for 5
Fulfillment: 2 for 19.95 ea, 2 for free, -$5 webdvd (free shipping) = 34.90 for 4
Total = 37.35 for 9, or $4.15 each

'sallright?

In addition to the great price, this is good for those of us who are scraping the bottom of the barrel to find enrollment titles that we still need/want. Only having to buy five versus seven is a nice bonus.

You did get a great deal, but why wouldn't you just open a new account and get 5 more .49$ titles? I suppose this way is faster and you don't have to hope to get accepted to ao new account.

I have the same red circle next to the free DVD promotion and I am getting the free DVD. There are a few items that you cannot get as a free selection, such as a box set or a pre-order. Please post what you're trying to order and we'll try to figure out why you're not getting any free selections.

I guess it was because I had lord of the rings box set in there. I was under the impression it would work with box sets. So this only works on 19.99 or less dvds?

You sure that works on box sets? I tried that code and it wanted me to pay for both. (LOTR extended set again)

Maybe kalaharibushman is referring to using the LOTR set as the B1 part of the deal?? I've tried 2 of the B0G0 codes & neither worked with sets - at all.

[edited to add]

I had added 2 sets & 2 $19.95 titles & only one $19.95 title was free - the other 3 were their normal $s.

A box set can't be the free one.
