Disappearing funcash orders
 

Placed two orders, both showed up on order history and then disappeared. Balance from last year now showing as good for another year. Anyone else have this problem?

This happened to me last month. I assumed the order was lost. There was no record online, and no record when I called. I placed another order but selected different titles. Two days later, the original order reappears and shows as shipped. The second shipped a day or two later, and I now have a negative Fun Cash balance.

^You lucked out. You can close an account with a negative funcash balance.

Don't know why some funcash orders are disappearing. In my case I had to call them to get them to give me the $10 bonus funcash that was supposed to be on my fulfillment order; the CSR did it without any fuss. After that my funcash selection was ordered and shipped without a hitch and the account is now closed.

You now won't have to close an account with a negative FC balance.:) They seemed to have adjusted FC balances over the weekend. My account with negative FC has been zeroed out and my other account that had $12 in FC has been dropped down to $10 in FC, the maximum amount that was to be carried over from 2005.
