no DVD in case
 

This really sucks!

I had ordered 'The Frighteners DC' as a fun cash title back on 18th December. They were out of stock initially and then I finally got it in the mail at the beginning of the week. I only just got around to opening it up only to discover that there was no disk inside the damn case! The version I got had the slip cover (not sure if they were all like that) and the case was sealed, but had no security sticker on.

After 20mins of trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, which proved to be a waste of time, I decided to send them an email.

Has this ever happened before to anyone? Will have to send back the slip cover and empty case, or will they just ship out a new copy?

They usually will tell you to throw out the copy that you have and they will then ship out a new copy.:)
