Account Number Help
I signed up for a Columbia House account about three weeks ago over the phone, had my credit card charged, but still have yet to recieve a package. I tried calling, but every prompt required an account number and since I signed up over the phone I haven't gotten any confirmation of signup outside of my credit card charges. Is there anyway to call and bypass them asking for my account number. I need to get my account number and check on the status of my order. Thanks everyone!

But I can't experiment with it right now because I am on a modem. It should be possible to get through the phone tree without an account number with one of the options. Did you really try them all? Another possibility would be to call the new accounts number (888-242-3837) and ask the account number question. The new account CSR there would likely transfer you to a regular CSR. But if they just put you in the regular phone tree, that wouldn't help. |
