Smokin' Hot Code - Take $21.95 title for $9.95, counts as fulfillment

804016 Credit goes to Mpaul39
Take home a $21.95 DVD blockbuster release for JUST $9.95, and earn a regular purchase credit. Offer ends 5/1/05! Offer Valid for 1 DVD

It says it expired May 1st, but it's still working on my account. I've even tested it on $22.95 titles as well as $19.95 titles and it shows $9.95 in cart.

Of course shipping blows but it's a cheap way to fulfill. It only works on 1 DVD so you have to place two orders.

804015 works as well but shows $12.95 in cart.

$12.98(LMT) + $12.94 + $12.94 = $4.32 Average, not too shabby.

It will, but you have to spend the $30 or $35 to get the $5 off.

What a great deal. We're talking 9 DVDs in the $4.xx/each range on a membership with this. Where's my damn approval?!

I hope this isn't the case where you use this code, and then a day later, a "to be assigned" is the order # and then magically the price changes from $9.95 to $21.95 and begins processing.

I've gotten this on the last few orders, but I remembered to use a credit card as payment instead of bill me later. I think those orders are more likely to be processed at the right price.

What are some good titles to use this on besides new releases? Only ones I can think of are Memento LE and One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest SE.

I was going to use the code to fulfill with Hamlet Criterion on one order and Doctor Zhivago on another order, as these are not available for enrollment.

I used this code a day and a half ago and while it's no longer "to be assigned", it is saying "awaiting credit approval".

Just placed two orders using the code:

Memento LE "to be assigned ********"

30 seconds later....

Eternal Sunshine CE "12.94"

It's almost as if there is no rhyme or reason to why it does this.
Also, I am not on Bill Me Later.

I used a credit card to pay for my enrollments and said that it could be used for future purchases.

Also it now says "pending" instead of "awaiting credit approval", and I've been credited for 1 fufillment title.

I used the code. Everything seemed ok, but when I go to my account it does not show that I was credited with a fulfillment.

It usually takes the site a few days to update. It's taken about a week or so on my last account to update fulfillments.

Odd. I had three items in my cart and prices showed as per usual. I added the 804016 code and all prices are replaced with ****. Hmmm... I'll check again in the morning.
